To register for any entry-level Assignor class in Michigan, please read and complete all of the following instructions. Classes are limited to 20 new assignors.

Step 1: Select Class Date:
Review and choose from list above.

Step 2: Obtain Risk Management certification: If you already have a Risk Management Certification for Coaching or Refereeing you do not need another. New Assignor class Participants born before 1/1/1994 will be required to complete the risk management process found at http://www.michiganreferee.org/risk_management.html two weeks prior to the first day of class as it takes 1 to 5 days to complete the process. Please email RM number when registering but if lead time does not allow then print the RM card from GotSoccer and bring it to the class. Participants cannot be certified and registered with USSF as an Assignor without completing the risk management process.

Step 3: Register: eMail the class date you want to register for to State Director of Assignors (gilurban@aol.com). Include in the eMail your Risk Management number. By doing this you won’t need to provide this information at the class. If lead time to get the RM number is concerning you then go ahead and register for the class by sending the email without the RM number. When you receive your RM # please eMail it so you won’t need it at the class.

Step 4: Make Payment: There is a $5 discount for pre-payment. Checks should be made out to “MRC” which stands for Michigan Referee Committee. Therefore either: 1) Prepay by mailing your check for $25 to Gil Urban, 1463 Mulberry Lane, St. Joseph, MI 49085. OR 2) Make payment by check at class for $30.
